Yes, absolutely. We have built Virtunova Dirigent for exactly the people who don’t enjoy complicated IT tools and would rather get on with running their business. You don’t have to remember how to access the tools you need or to click your way through menus, hunting for the feature you want. If you can write an email or edit a MS Word document, you will have no trouble with our system. Everything is clean and clear.
Adding Dirigent to your existing website (e.g. a WordPress site) isn’t possible. Dirigent isn’t an ordinary plugin; it’s our own closed ecosystem, running exclusively on our servers. That is precisely what lets us guarantee that it’s fast, secure, and that you can’t break anything in it. We have a much better option for you, though. We take your old site as the starting point and rebuild it on our platform. We can carry over your existing content, copy and photos, dress them in a more modern and more capable design — and from then on, your website is under your control.
There’s really nothing to worry about — the system is built to prevent exactly this. Rewrite your text as often as you like, change your opening hours, add testimonials, upload new photos. The page layout and the professional design are safely fixed in place. If you delete something by accident, you can just roll back to a previous version. And if you are having trouble, we are happy to help you using automatic backups of your website.
It’s quick and very intuitive. Once you’ve logged in, you open the page you want to edit. Click a text field and start typing — exactly as you would in an ordinary text editor. For images, click the “Edit media” button and pick a new photo from your computer. When you’re happy, click “Publish” and the change appears on your site straight away. No digging through menus.
Of course. In Virtunova Dirigent, you can set up accounts for a colleague or, for example, a freelance copywriter. There’s no limit to your accounts and no charge for them. You, as the main administrator, keep full control of the site, while routine content changes and posting can comfortably be handled by other people.
No. The agreed one-off price for building your site is final. The monthly rate then covers everything the website takes to run: domain, hosting, security, and the Dirigent system itself. There are no charges for system updates, certificate renewals, or for ordinary advice. Only if you wanted an entirely new feature on your website would we agree on an additional price.
The one-off price buys you a complete website that attracts visitors and guides them to conversion. You get a lightning-fast site with a modern design and state-of-the-art security. The monthly rate then works as a subscription covering everything: the Virtunova Dirigent system and its updates, domain, hosting, web analytics, and tech support. You pay nothing on top.
Your website, all of your content, your stored data, and the domain itself always belong to you and you alone. We act as your technology partner. What the monthly rate rents from us is the technical administration and security of the site, along with our Dirigent CMS. We look after the domain on your behalf, but you are its sole owner. The only part of the website owned by us is its design.
That’s perfectly fine, and it’s common for the first design to be refined according to your feedback. The process is simple: first, we present a visual concept. If you’d like changes, large or small, we’ll talk through exactly what isn’t sitting right and adjust it. We only start building the site once you’re happy with the design.
You can cancel the monthly rate at any time. The period you’ve already paid for simply runs its course, and you pay nothing more. If you chose annual billing, you have the first 14 days to try it out. During this period, you may cancel, or switch to monthly payments, and we’ll refund you. The domain, your site’s content and your stored data are exclusively yours. If you cancel, we hand it all over free of charge. The design of the site remains our property, but it’s possible to arrange that you can use the design later on without us. The Virtunova Dirigent system itself, however, does not work outside our servers.
We’ve set up the whole process to save your time. Usually, one opening consultation (in person or online) is all we need. The consultation takes 30 to 60 minutes, during which we learn about your business and what you have in mind. The rest of the work (site structure, design, programming) is on us. Your feedback comes in when we present the visual design, and again when the finished site is ready for approval. No drawn-out weekly meetings.
We don’t need a technical brief. Basic information is enough: what you do, who your customers are, and what services or products you offer. It’s ideal if you provide photos of your work and your logo, but we can work even without those.
With SOLO, our most popular package (single-page website), the whole process from first meeting to launch takes about two weeks. The pace often depends on how quickly you can send us your materials and how quickly we settle on the design. For the larger multi-page sites in the QUARTET and ORCHESTRA packages, we agree on the exact schedule before we start, depending on the project complexity.
We’re building the site for you end to end, including the copy. If you already have text you want on your website, we’ll definitely use it. We’ll assemble the content so that it makes sense, looks great and brings customers in. Once the site is live, you can update and edit the copy yourself easily.
Not at all, we take that technical burden off you. Secure hosting is automatically part of your monthly rate. If you don’t have a domain yet, we’ll help you choose and register one. If you already have one, we’ll arrange its technical connection to your new site. You won’t have to click through any complicated admin panels or keep an eye on renewal dates.
Yes, and we’ll handle it so that you don’t lose your customers. We set up and fine-tune your new website. Only once everything is finished and approved, we switch your domain to the new version. You’ll barely notice any downtime on the old site. We also redirect the existing links from your old website so they keep working on the new one. Therefore, you don’t lose your SEO standing in search engines and AI.
The work of tech support falls into two areas: 1. Technical outages – if there is a technical problem on your site, we’ll attend to it immediately. 2. User support – whenever you’re not sure what to do, we’re glad to help. We have guides and tutorials to help you, or we can assist you personally.
Your website grows with you. Virtunova Dirigent is not a one-off template that would restrict you later. If you find out you need a booking system, a blog, a wholesale price list or an entirely new section, just get in touch. We’ll design that particular feature and add it to your existing site. Growing your company doesn’t mean building the whole website again from scratch.
Security is one of the main reasons Dirigent runs exclusively in our own closed, protected environment. Your monthly rate covers the SSL certificate (the safe lock icon in the browser), state-of-the-art security, threat monitoring, and continuous background updates to the system. Unlike ordinary content management systems, you never have to install security plugins or worry about attacks. On top of that, we back up all websites regularly, so even in case of an incident, your data is safe with us.
